Every Lapland tour package includes accommodation (hotel nights in Rovaniemi + glass igloo nights in Saariselkä), all activity bookings, airport transfers, and our 24/7 on-trip support. International flights are not included but we can recommend partners.
The peak season for our Lapland tour packages runs December through March. December offers the magical Christmas atmosphere in Rovaniemi (Santa's hometown), while January and February are statistically the best months for Northern Lights sightings. March brings longer days and excellent snow conditions for safaris.
All our Lapland packages include at least one Northern Lights hunt. If the lights don't appear on the scheduled night, we rebook at no extra cost.

Our Lapland tour packages start from €2,700 per person for a 5-night package. Prices vary based on duration, accommodation type (glass igloo vs standard hotel), and group size. Private Lapland tour packages are priced on request. All packages are per person and based on double occupancy.
International flights to Rovaniemi or Helsinki are not included. We work with flights from Helsinki to Rovaniemi (approximately 1.5 hours) which can be added on request. All ground transfers within Lapland — airport pickup, inter-city travel, and activity transfers — are fully included.
All our packages include a dedicated Northern Lights hunt. For the best chances, we recommend packages with stays in Saariselkä, which has darker skies and less light pollution than Rovaniemi. January and February have the longest dark periods and highest aurora probability. Our guides use real-time KP-index monitoring to maximise your chances.
We provide thermal overalls, boots, gloves and hats for all outdoor activities — you do not need to buy specialist gear. We recommend bringing: thermal base layers (merino wool is ideal), comfortable mid-layers, and your everyday winter clothes. Temperatures in Lapland range from -5°C to -25°C in peak season. A full packing list is sent upon booking.

Rovaniemi is Santa Claus's official hometown, and our Lapland packages can be tailored for families with children of all ages. Husky rides, reindeer sleigh rides, and snowmobile experiences (with a parent) are all child-friendly. Child prices are available on all packages.
